1 Fes
We will meet you at your Fes accommodation, at 8 O’clock in the morning, to travel to Mekne
2 Meknes
In our arrival to Meknes, we will have a visit to its medina before continuing to Volubilis. Meknes is established in the eleventh century, and it is one of the imperial cities that mark the history of Morocco, for its remarkable “Berdaine Bab”, “Bab Khemis”, and “Bab El Mansour”, which are situated on the vast Hedim square , the stables “Rua”, attics “Heri”, and Stud, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, which was once the only mosque in Morocco that allow non-believer to enter it , and the Moroccan Art Museum of “Dar Jamai” ,which is full of wide variety of handicrafts.
3 Volubilis
After the exploration of the legendary city of Meknes, we go for Volubilis “The Roman ruins of Volubilis” which dated back to the 3rd century B.C, although it has been devastated by an earthquake, it remains a Unesco World Heritage Site, for its cultural and Historical interest. You will have a guided tour at the ruins to admire the place and learn about its history.
4 Moulay Idriss Zerhoun
Our last destination, will be a sacred town called “Moulay Idriss Zerhoun”, named after its founder, it is known by its narrow streets, and the mausoleum of Idris I. There will be a guided walk to discover the town and its history. At the end of the day, we will go back to Fez ending the tour.
