Booking and Payment: To secure your reservation, a deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the start of your tour. In case of late payment, FEZ MOROCCO GUIDE reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. We accept payments through a variety of methods, including credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your itinerary or cancel your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. A fee may be charged for changes or cancellations, depending on the circumstances and the time of the request. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the tour, the full tour cost will be charged.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events such as illness, injury, or trip cancellation. FEZ MOROCCO GUIDE is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to cancellation, changes, or unforeseen events.
Tour Content: The itinerary and content of the tour are subject to change without prior notice due to weather, road conditions, availability of accommodations, or other factors outside of our control. FEZ MOROCCO GUIDE will make every effort to provide an experience as close to the original itinerary as possible.
Responsibility: FEZ MOROCCO GUIDE acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers of tour services, such as hotels, transportation, and tour guides. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or expense incurred by the customer. The customer assumes full responsibility for any risks involved in the tour and must take necessary precautions to ensure their own safety.
Health and Safety: The customer is responsible for informing FEZ MOROCCO GUIDE of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. FEZ MOROCCO GUIDE reserves the right to remove any customer from the tour who is unable to keep up with the pace of the group or who poses a risk to the safety of the other customers or tour staff.
Customer Conduct: The customer must conduct themselves in a manner that does not negatively impact the enjoyment of other customers or the local community. FEZ MOROCCO GUIDE reserves the right to remove any customer who violates this requirement.
Complaints: If you have any complaints about the tour, please inform your tour guide and/or FEZ MOROCCO GUIDE as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
